For those of you who care enough to read this personal post, I appreciate your time. It’s only been about two months since I returned to Twitch, and I had high hopes for it to be a great thing, but unfortunately it hasn’t. And with that said, err written, I’m hanging up my streaming hat (again). History has repeated itself where I’m constantly working around the clock from sunrise to dawn, and in result, am not getting ample sleep, which has led to exhaustion. For the past few weeks, I have been doing a lot of crying behind the scenes and putting on a facade on screen that I’m great. In that time, I’ve been thinking heavily on figuring out the best plan of action to move forward, and here we are.
This anxious, sad feeling has been eating at me since I decided to start streaming again, and I can’t hide it anymore. Where do I start? Two months seems like a short amount of time and doesn’t seem like a big deal, but there are larger, deep-rooted feelings at play here that made this decision both difficult and easy at the same time.

Word on the street is Spike Chunsoft will release the Danganronpa games worldwide to mobile for the franchise’s 10th anniversary! Fans of the games listed below can relive the despair-filled days orchestrated by a sadistic mecha-bear, Monokuma, in the palm of their hands:
- Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc
- Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair
- Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony

Ironically these games were a happy place in the last days I was living in Los Angeles, driving back to Texas and adapting to life in Texas again. It was a rough time of my life, but Danganronpa and the geeking out with friends over the game are irreplaceable memories.
Anyway, for those returning to Hopes Peak Academy, you’ll remember these familiar and loveable faces, but for the new students about to enroll, here are 10 characters to watch out for (across the three games):
(Doing my best not to write major spoilers here, but be weary!)

The Final Fantasy VII Remake game has taken the world by storm, and everyone is flocking to Midgar. Have you jumped on the wild train yet? Without giving too much away – because this IS a spoiler-free zone – one of the great and commendable things about this remake of the original, released in 1997, is the characterization. Gamers didn’t get a chance to get to know many characters in the original game, but now, in this hella fleshed out remake game, the characters are brought to life with voice actors, quirks and backstories – you start to grow more attached to these folks.
But let’s put aside the obvious favorite characters we know and love – aka Cloud and Tifa. Now that I’ve finally finished the game in 60 wonderful hours, I want to talk about a character I never thought I’d end up loving and I feel is underappreciated, both then and even now.
Y’all know him and you will learn to love him: Barret. He’s the loud, ambitious and fearless leader of Avalanche, and he’s the bad ass bro with a machine gun for an arm.
Need some convincing? Here are the five reasons we should love and appreciate Barret:
